Dear Hot August Nights Member,

It’s already the end of October which means November is all but here and the beginning of the New Year for Hot August Nights.

Our fiscal year begins on November 1^st and that is also the date you will begin earning annual hours for the 2013 season. We have a lot already planned that we could use your help with like our annual coat drive for those less fortunate in our community, the Sparks Hometowne Christmas Parade and bell ringing for the Salvation Army.

We also have our first Member party of the year planned which will be held on Friday, January 4^th, 2013 at the National Bowling Stadium in downtown Reno. So mark your calendars now!

Our parties are a great way to stay involved with friends you made during last year’s Event and are also a big way we at Hot August Nights show just how much we appreciate and thank you for everything you do for us.  Our Members are truly the backbone of Hot August Nights!

So don’t wait, sign up today! Below you will find a 2013 application to renew your membership. Membership runs annually from November 1^st through October 31^st.
