SUPPORT SERVICES COMMITTEE


The Support Services Committee this year is a combination of the former Special Events Committee and the Event Information Committee. This committee coordinates and staffs the Information and Hotel Resrvation booths during the Event. Information booths are located at the Grand Sierra Resort, downtown Reno and Victorian Square, Sparks. This committee will also oversee and staff the information booth during the South Lake Tahoe Hot August Nights.

The committee also is responsible for running and coordinating the Poker Run held on Thursday, August 9th and the Poker Walk which is held in downtown Reno from August 8 - 11th. The committee will also oversee and staff the Poker Walk at the South Lake Tahoe Hot August Nights event.
