The Car Committee provides service throughout the year for the Hot August Nights Organization. They deal directly with the cars and the car participants mostly out of doors. Events specific to this Committee are Spring Fever, Fall Frenzy, the Bonanza Show and Shine, the South Lake Tahoe Event and the Hot August Nights Event which includes evening cruises in downtown Reno, Sparks and the Grand Sierra Resort, the big Saturday show-n-shine in downtown Reno and the Sunday 'Grand Finale' parade in downtown Reno. During the year, Hot August Nights also participates in local special community events such as staging manpower for the Sparks Hometown Christmas parade, Women's Expo and the US Conference of Mayor's.

Our meetings start in March and are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 at the Hot August Nights office in Sparks.  Check the calendar for dates and times.  We will need lots of helping hands so plan to join us and bring a friend or two!
